COLLABORATE supports computer-based teaching and learning with 19 instructional labs. Labs can serve as primary teaching locations, configured either in a traditional classroom layout or arranged for group activities. You can also reserve lab time for independent student activities. Students can use the labs on a drop-in basis when they are not in use for a scheduled class. Labs are located in Phelps Hall, Psychology East, the Humanities and Social Sciences Building, and the Social Sciences and Media Studies (SSMS) Building.

Each computer lab has at least 25 student computer stations, and an instructor station connected to a projector for Internet and multimedia presentations. Two sets of labs can be combined to support a class of up to 55 students.  COLLABORATE has both Windows and Macintosh based labs, and maintains current software titles as requested by the instructor of record. Printing is available in all labs for students.
